TRAINING COURSES - Pre-Requisite Course - HACCP - Advanced HACCP Course (Audit and verification) - HACCP Train the Trainer Program Pre-Requisite Course The Pre-Requisite Course
adapts the environmental conditions and basic
operations necessary for the production of
safe foods. In other words, it is a series
of support programs necessary for the formation
of the HACCP based systems' foundation.
This course is designed
to promote the hygienic handling of foods
according to the Good Manufacturing Practices
(GMP) and the Sanitation Standard Operation
Procedure (SSOP) in all of the production
phases, including agriculture based production,
food processing, preparation of foods and
their alteration, food services, and systems
of distribution and altering.
The Pre-Requisite Course has a duration of 16 hours over the course of two days. Basic HACCP (New Date: November 8 to 10: Mexico City) In this course you will
learn the Hazard Analysis Critical Control
Points (HACCP) adopted by the Food Codex
Commission of the FAO-ONU and the application
of HACCP in your food industry field.
This is the first and
only course in Mexico recognized by the International
HACCP Alliance directed
towards enterprises in the food sector (primary
sector and food processors), consultancies
and technicians in food safety and food quality,
auditors and organizations of certification
that participate in the food sector, institutions
of investigation and technological development
and areas specializing in state and federal
governments.
This course has duration
of 24 hours over the course of three days
and is taught by instructors certified by
the International HACCP Alliance.
Advanced HACCP Course (Auditing and Validation) The implementation of
a HACCP system in order to safeguard the
health of our consumers is something that
is very important. Also, the verification
that the HACCP system is constructed in an
effective manner and that it complies with
the established norms and regulations is
very important as well.
This course is designed
to differentiate the activities of validation
and verification of the pre-requisite programs,
critical control points, and the verification
of the components of the HACCP system.
The Advanced HACCP course
is certified by the International HACCP Alliance
and is taught by instructors also certified
by the International HACCP Alliance. The
course has duration of 16 hours over the
course of two days.
HACCP Train the Trainer Course The HACCP training programs are designed to prepare candidates to be certified instructors. The object of this course
is for the participant to recognize the different
learning styles of adults and to prepare
an effective HACCP training program that
will present valuable information in a comprehensive
and effective manner.
This course has duration
of 24 hours over the course of three days
and will be taught by the instructors of
the International HACCP Alliance.
